摘 要:采用非洲绿猴肾上皮细胞系(Vero)为研究对象,建立了其H2O2氧化性损伤模型,研究了正常与损伤不同程度的Vero细胞诱导草酸钙(CaOxa)结晶的差异,采用CCK-8法检测了细胞的活力;采用流式细胞术检测了细胞的线粒体膜电位的变化;采用扫描电子显微镜(SEM)观察了Vero细胞的形态变化和所诱导的晶体.结果表明,损伤程度不同的Vero细胞在过饱和的CaOxa溶液中,诱导CaOxa晶体的情况存在差异,细胞损伤程度越严重,就会加剧诱导CaOxa晶体的生长.It adopts the African green monkey renal epithelial ceils (Vero) as the research object, establishes its H2O2 oxidative injury model, and research on normal and injury varying degrees of Veto cells induced calcium oxalate (CaOxa) crystals. The iniury degree of Veto cells was characterized by CCK-8 method to detect cell vitality; Flow cytometric analysis to examine mitochondrial membrane potential cells of change; by scanning electron microscope (SEM) to observe Vero cells of morphology change and its induction crystals. Results show that the damage degree of different Veto cells in the supersaturated CaOxa solution to induce CaOxa crystals, inducing cell damage situation exists difference, the more serious the degree, will aggravate CaOxa crystal growth.
