兰州市碳排放区域格局变化及对策研究

摘　　要：尝试通过产业-能源关联和能源-碳排放关联两个评价模型,解析兰州市碳排放区域格局变化的原因.分析结果表明:①产业结构的演变决定着能源消费的基础空间格局;②地区产业结构多元化程度影响着能源消费的增长速度;③兰州市能源消费结构的缓慢变化对减少地区碳排放的增长作用不明显.因此,加快产业结构演变速率,转变能源消费结构,增加可再生能源使用,是有效控制区域碳排放增长的关键.This paper argues the reason why the spatial pattern of CO2 emissions changes in Lanzhou with the help of two evaluation models： the industrial-energy interconnection model and the energy-CO2 emissions interconnection model. It shows that a diversified economic structure largely determines the regional economic development as well as the changing pattern of regional CO2 emissions, and the more diversified economic structure a region exhibites; the slower increasing rate in energy use is. It is also implied that a structural change in energy use in Lanzhou makes it quite difficult to reduce CO2 emissions in a short-term. To sum up, it is key to control CO2 emission augment efficiently in Lanzhou with increasing economic structure evolution, restructuring energy use mode,and adding recycle energy consumption.
