摘  要:研究化学沉积法制备Cu/Ni复合粉体工艺,从电化学、结晶学角度探讨不同混合方式对Cu/Ni复合粉体微观形貌及包覆效果的影响.用SEM、XRD研究镍包覆铜粉末的微观形貌及物相组成.结果表明:原料混合方式对Cu/Ni复合粉体的微观形貌及包覆效果影响很大,制备的Cu/Ni复合粉体仅由Cu、Ni组成.Processing technology of Cu/Ni composite powder was studied by means of chemical deposition method.In the view of electrochemistry and crystallography,the influence of mixing mode on microstructure morphology and coating effect of Cu/Ni composite powder was explored.Its microstructure morphology and metallographical composition was studied with scanning electronic microscopy(SEM) and X-ray diffraction.The results showed that raw material blending modes could have an great impact on Cu/Ni composite powder microstructure and coating effect.In the prepared Cu/Ni composite powder,only two phases of Cu and Ni were included.
