摘 要:利用Fluent流场模拟软件,通过对轴流式油气混输泵不同的动叶片重叠系数下不同含气率进行流场模拟,得出其动叶、静叶压力场及速度分布,进而得到不同工况下整机效率及扬程曲线.经分析动叶片重叠系数m>1的整机效率明显高于m=1的整机效率.两者的相对扬程都随着含气率的增大而降低,在相同的含气率下,重叠系数m>1的相对扬程大于m=1的相对扬程,在相对扬程相同时,m>1的含气率大于m=1的含气率.由此表明选用重叠系数大于1时可以提高整机性能.Using flow field simulation software Fluent,the flow field in axial-flow oil-gas mixture pump was simulated for different overlapping coefficients of moving blade and different gas contents,and the pressure field and velocity distribution on the surfaces of moving and stationary blades were obtained.Further the overall efficiency and delivery lift curve were also obtained under different working conditions.It was shown by analysis that: the overall efficiency of the pump with overlapping coefficient m1 was remarkably higher than that with m=1.The relative lift was decreased with the increase of gas content.The relative lift for m1 was greater than that for m=1 at the same gas content.The gas content for m〉1 was higher than that for m=1 at the same relative lift.Therefore,the overall efficiency of the pump was improved by using the overlapping coefficient greater than 1.
