摘　　要：目的探讨靛胭脂染色内镜在大肠微小息肉和腺瘤中的检测价值。方法将109例患者分为常规结肠镜阴性组(A组)、常规结肠镜阳性组(B组)、染色结肠镜阴性组(C组)、染色结肠镜阳性组(D组),分别行普通内镜及靛胭脂染色内镜诊断,并与组织学结果比较。比较2种内镜诊断方法对大肠微小息肉和腺瘤的诊断准确率。结果靛胭脂染色内镜对微小息肉和腺瘤的诊断准确率显著高于普通内镜,D组与B组比较,P<0.05。结论靛胭脂染色内镜可提高大肠微小息肉和腺瘤的诊断准确率。Objective To evaluate the application value of indigo carmine dye endoscopy in the detection of micro colorectal polyps and adenomas. Methods 109 patients were divided into four groups： ordinary colonoscopy-negative group （group A） , ordinary colonoscopy-positive group （group B） , Indigo carmine dye eolonoscopy-negative group （group C） and Indigo carmine dye colonoscopy-positive group （ group D）. These groups of patients were diagnosed respectively by ordinary endoscopy and indigo carmine dye endoscopy. The results were compared with the corresponding histological data to evaluate the diagnostic accuracy. Results The accuracy of indigo carmine dye endoscopy in the diagnosis of small polyps and adenomas were significantly higher than that of ordinary endoscopy, （ P 〈 0.05 ）. Conclusion The indigo carmine chromoendoscopy can improve the accuracy in the diagnosis of the micro colorectal polyps and adenomas.
