摘 要:研究了不同改性方法对加脂剂生物降解性的影响;并用一级反应动力学模型研究降解动力学特性。结果显示:各加脂剂的BOD5/COD0值都大于0.45,COD和TOC去除率都大于85%,显示出良好的降解性;降解顺序为:磷酸化>磺化>氧化亚硫酸化>硫酸化>共聚合。降解性的不同与双键和羟基等活性基团含量相关,消耗活性基团的改性方法会降低生物降解性;降解动力学研究表明:磷酸化、磺化、氧化亚硫酸化、硫酸化、共聚合加脂剂的降解速率常数,分别为0.97、0.92、0.81、0.76和0.71d-1。The influence of modification methods on biodegradation of rape oil - based faliquors was studied. The biodegradation dynamic characteristics were also studied by first - order reaction kinetics model. The results indicate that the BOD3/COD0 values and the COD, TOC removal ratio of all products are higher than 0.45 and 85% , respectively, showing a biodegradability order of phosphated 〉 sulfonated 〉 oxidized - sulphited 〉 sulfated 〉 copolymeric and biodegradable characteristics. 'Further study indicates that the difference in the biodegradability is closely related to the content of double bonds and hydroxyl groups in resultant fatliquors for different modification methods; the one which consumes the double bonds or hydroxyl groups will decrease its biodegradability. The dynamic studies show the constant of oxygen consumption rates of phosphated, sulfonated, oxidized - sulphi- ted, sulfated and copolymeric fatliquors are O. 97 d^-1, O. 92 d^-1, O. 81 d^-1, O. 76 d^-1 and O. 71 d^-1, respectively.
