水包水型聚丙烯酰胺乳液的制备与性能

摘　　要：采用以制革废皮渣为原料制备的明胶为稳定剂,以硫酸铵水溶液为分散介质,过硫酸铵-亚硫酸氢钠为引发剂,制备了水包水(W/W)型聚丙烯酰胺乳液。讨论了聚合介质的pH值、稳定剂和硫酸铵的浓度以及引发剂的用量等,对聚合反应和W/W聚丙烯酰胺乳液对高岭土悬浮液絮凝沉降性能的影响。The W/W polyacrylamide （PAM） emulsion was prepared by dispersion polymerization in aqueous solution of ammo- nium sulfate, with ammonium persulfate sodium bisulfite as the initiator and gelatin from leather wastes as the stabilizer. The influence of pH value of the polymerized medium, the concentrations of gelatin, ammonium sulfate and initiators on the polymerization reaction was studied. And also the influence of W/W PAM emulsions on flocculation properties of Kaolin aqueous dispersion was investigated.
