摘　　要：航空油料调拨运输优化模型是系统分析航空油料调拨运输中的各种因素， 根据油料调拨原则和有关规定，应用多目标规划理论建立的。在此基础上， 利用Ｃ语言开发了相应的地区级油料调拨运输问题的软件， 它能准确、快速、经济、合理地自动生成油料调拨运输方案， 从而大大提高军事经济效益， 减轻工作人员的劳动强度，缩短方案的制订时间。According to the related principles and regulations and applying multi-objective linear programming theory, an optimum model was built on the systematical analysis of all kinds of factors in allocation and transportation of aviation fuel. Based on the model,the software by using C language, which can generate aviation fuel allocation and transportation plan automatically and rapidly have been developed. The plan is reasonable and economical so that it can greatly improve the efficiency of military economy, alleviate work intensity and shorten the plan-making time.
