摘　　要：就业与社会保障是确保人们获得体面生活的两个重要途径。正确认识就业与社会保障的关系,认真审视就业与社会保障之间的现实矛盾,努力实现就业与社会保障的良性互动发展,对于我国促进体面劳动,增进人民福祉,加快转变经济发展方式至关重要。Employment and social security is the important approach of guaranteeing decent life for people. It is very important to understand the relationship between employment and social security and to analyze the conflicts between them. We should realize the good interactive development of employment and social security so as to enhance decent work and increase social welfare for people in China.
