摘　　要：以北京市大体协为个案,经过研究发现在改革开放的作用下,政府与民间组织关系显现出法团主义特征。体育社团在政府的有效控制下,在管理制度上呈现"层级整合"模式;在运作机制上采用多方互动协调组织化利益,在政府主管部门与高校之间被赋予中介角色。Through the ease study on Beijing Federation University Sports, the paper put forwards that under the situation of reforming and opening, the relations between government and civil organizations show corporatism characteristics. Under the efficient control of government, sport organizations have the administrative mode of ＂hierarchy blending＂, the running mechanism of interactive coordination, and play an intermediary role between government departments and universities.
