摘 要:企业行为是嵌入在制度环境下展开的。企业政治是企业行为主体追求利益的重要手段,分为外部政治和内部政治两个层面,前者足指企业生存与发展的外部生态环境,主要表现为政企关系;后者是指企业组织内部的权力关系结构,主要表现为劳资及劳工之间的关系结构。转型期的中国企业政治发生了双重转向:从改革初期资本与国家的双向亲和关系逐渐转向了劳工保护;劳资关系结构逐渐成为企业政治与劳动治理的核心。建构劳工政治行为的利益表达机制是缓和劳资矛盾,实现劳动有效治理的重要举措,工资集体协商制度是有益尝试。Corporate behavior is inserted in the institutional environment. As an important measure of pursuing economic benefits of the actors, corporate politics include external and internal politics. External politics mean external environment of corporate, especially the relations between government and corporate; internal politics mean the power structure in corporate organization, especially labor - capital relations and relations inside labor. In the transition period of China, the corporate politics has changed from affinity relations between capital and the state into labor protection, the structure of labor relations has been become the core of corporate politics and labor management. In order to build up the mechanism of labor interest expression and mitigate labor conflicts, the system of collective negotiation about wages will be a beneficial path.
