人体游离循环核酸在心脏疾病诊断中的研究进展

摘　　要：游离循环核酸是一种存在于动植物和人的体液中的细胞外游离状态的核酸。此前人体游离循环核酸主要应用于疾病监控、产前诊断和肿瘤学。近几年,其在心脏疾病中的研究取得诸多进展。本文简要介绍了游离循环核酸的生物学特征,对近年来在心脏疾病中的研究进展作一简单回顾。Free circulating nucleic acids are extracellular free nucleic acids found in the zoology,botany and the human＇s body fluid.The detection of free circulating acids had been mainly applied in monitoring the disease,embryo＇s pre-natal diagnosis,oncology.In recent years,it has made a rapid development in heart disease research.This paper describes the biological characteristics of circulating nucleic acids,and reviews research progress in cardiac disease of recent years in brief.
