下肢动脉硬化闭塞症药物治疗过程中CD62P、CD63的改变及其意义

摘　　要：目的探讨下肢动脉硬化闭塞症(ASO)患者CD62p、CD63表达率及其在抗血小板药物治疗中的变化。方法以流式细胞术检测血小板膜标志物CD62p、CD63的表达率评价血小板活化。选取ASO患者和志愿者各20例,实验组给予阿司匹林肠溶片0.1 g、盐酸氯吡格雷片75 mg每天一次,口服2周,分别于第1、3、7、14天检测实验组患者外周血血小板CD62p、CD63表达率,对照组随机检测一次。于第1、14天测量实验组踝肱指数(ABI)。结果治疗前实验组CD62p、CD63表达率显著高于对照组;实验组在抗血小板药物的作用下CD62p、CD63表达率缓慢下降,与患者症状改善及ABI上升相一致。结论血小板CD62p、CD63表达率与ASO密切相关,抗血小板治疗可明显抑制血小板CD62p、CD63表达,有效缓解症状。Objective To study the expression rate of platelet activation markers CD62p,CD63 in arteriosclerosis obliterans（ASO）patients and the chang during antiplatelet therapy.Methods The expression rate of platelet membrane markers CD62p,CD63 were detected by flow cytometry,then evaluated the degree of platelet activation.Selected 20 healthy people as the normal group,while 20 ASO patients as the experimental group who were given aspirin enterosoluble tablets 0.1 g and clopidogrel hydrochloride tablets 75 mg each day orally.By flow cytometry,the expression rate of CD62p and CD63 on the platelet of the patients in the experimental group were detected on the first,third,seventh and fourteenth day,while the expression rate of the control group were detected once at random.The ankle brachial index（ABI） of the patients in the experimental group was calculated on the first and fourteenth day.Results The expression rates of CD62p and CD63 of the experimental group were obviously higher than that of the control group.After the antiplatelet therapy,the expression rate of CD62p and CD62 were declined,and the symptoms were improved.Conclusion The expression rate of CD62p and CD63 have a close relationship with the ASO and could be obviously reduced after the antiplatelet therapy.
