不同产地知母有效成分含量的HPLC法测定

摘　　要：目的考察不同产地知母有效成分的含量,为知母的质量标准提供一定的依据。方法采用HPLC-DAD法测定不同产地知母中芒果苷和新芒果苷的含量,HPLC-ELSD法测定知母皂苷BⅡ的含量。结果不同产地知母中新芒果苷的含量在0.332 7～1.686 2 mg/g之间,以宁夏产地的含量最高;芒果苷的含量在0.482 9～1.864 2 mg/g之间,以河北保定产地的含量最高;知母皂苷BⅡ的含量在3.558 9～8.215 8mg/g之间,以河北保定产地的含量最高。结论不同产地的知母中芒果苷、新芒果苷和知母皂苷BⅡ的含量差异较大,以3种成分的含量作为综合评价指标,初步认为河北保定知母最佳。Objective To study the content of active compositions of Anemarrhenae Rhizoma from different areas,provided some academic basis for quality criterion of Anemarrhenae Rhizoma.Methods Using the methods of HPLC-DAD to determine the content of mangiferin and neomangiferin,and using the methods of HPLC-ELSD to determine the content of timosaponin BⅡ.Results The content of neomangiferin was between of 0.332 7～1.686 2 mg/g and the higher content was Ningxia;the content of mangiferin was between of 0.482 9～1.864 2 mg/g and the higher content was Baoding;the content of timosaponin BⅡ was between of 3.558 9～8.215 8 mg/g and the higher content was Baoding.Conclusion The content of three kinds of active compositions were significantly different in Rhizoma Anemarrhenae from different areas and we think the best area was Baoding preliminary as the investigative index of three kinds of components.
