摘  要:目的探讨注射用清开灵冻干粉雾化吸入对控制脑卒中患者肺部感染率的影响。方法将120例脑卒中患者随机分为4组:A组为预防观察组,30例,以清开灵冻干粉雾化吸入给药;B组为预防对照组,30例,常规方法处理;C组为治疗观察组,30例,对已发生肺部感染的患者采用清开灵冻干粉雾化吸入治疗;D组为治疗对照组,30例,对已发生感染的患者进行常规抗感染治疗,对清开灵冻干粉雾化吸入给药的效果进行评估。结果清开灵冻干粉雾化吸入可限制减少重症脑卒中患者肺部感染的发生率(p<0.05),对于已发生肺部感染的患者具显著的治疗效果(p<0.05)。结论清开灵冻干粉雾化吸入可显著改善脑卒中患者的肺部感染的发生率,值得临床推广使用。Objective To investigate the influence of spray inhalation of Qingkailing injection on the pulmonary infection of cerebral apoplexy patients.Methods 120 patients with cerebral apoplexy were divided into four groups.Group A was preventing observation group,30 patients were treated by spray inhalation of Qingkailing injection.Group B was preventing control group,30 patients were treated by the method as group A except Qingkailing injection.Group C was therapy observation group,pulmonary infection of the 30 patients were treated by spray inhalation of Qingkailing injection.Group D was therapy control group,pulmonary infection of the 30 patients were treated by the method as group C except Qingkailing injection.The influence of spray inhalation of Qingkailing injection was evaluated.Results Spray inhalation of Qingkailing injection could limit and reduce the incidence rate of the pulmonary infection of cerebral apoplexy patients(p0.05),and it also presented a good therapeutic efficacy on the patients with pulmonary infection(p0.05).Conclusion Spray inhalation of Qingkailing injection can significantly improve the incidence rate of the pulmonary infection of cerebral apoplexy patients,and it is worthy for popularization.
