游离皮片原位回植治疗下肢大面积皮肤撕脱伤28例

摘　　要：目的探讨及分析下肢皮肤撕脱伤中游离皮片的回植与利用。方法将游离皮片处理后保留真皮层血管网原位回植治疗28例皮肤撕脱伤病人。结果 28例病例中有23例皮片全部成活,有4病例皮片有局限性坏死,面积约2%～5%,最后痊愈出院。结论利用游离皮片一期回植是治疗皮肤撕脱伤行之有效的方法,肢体功能恢复远期效果满意。Objective Probe into and analyze the re-plantation imposing of free skin graft on skin laceration of the lower limb.Methods Retain the dermis vascular network during treating the free skin graft and impose re-plantation in situ to cure the wounded patient in 28 cases.Results Among 28 cases,all skin graft survived of 23 cases;skin grafts with limited necrosis of 4cases,area of about 2%~5%.Finally,they recovered and leaved hospital.Conclusion It＇s an affective method to cure the skin laceration utilizing free skin graft re-plantation.
