康复操对乳腺癌术后患者生活质量的影响

摘　　要：目的探讨康复操对乳腺癌术后患者生活质量的影响。方法选择120例乳腺癌术后患者,随机分为对照组60例,行常规康复锻炼;康复组60例,行个体化康复操锻炼,并观察患肢功能恢复情况和采用癌症患者生活质量核心量表(QLQ-C30)测评患者的生活质量水平。结果康复组患者对康复操使用满意,功能恢复良好,能有效改进患肢外展、前屈、后伸、手指爬墙等功能,两组比较差异有统计学意义(p<0.01);乳腺癌术后患者的生活质量显著低于欧洲癌症研究治疗组织推荐的生活质量水平(p<0.01)。结论乳腺癌术后患者行个体化康复操锻炼有利于患者肩部功能的恢复,可明显改善患侧上肢功能障碍,有利于调节患者心理,增强信心,提高患者生活质量。Objective To study the effect of rehabilitation gymnastics on the life quality of patients after breast cancer operation.Methods Choose 120 patients who have made their breast cancer operation and divide them into two groups randomly;one regular group,another rehabilitation training group.In the rehabilitation training group,the patients do the rehabilitation gymnastics regularly and observe the functional recovery of the patient＇s affected limb and at the same time use the QLQ-C30 to evaluate the patient＇s life quality.Results All the patients are satisfied with the rehabilitation gymnastics.It can help the patient easily make her affected limb outward,forward,backward.The result of the two groups has significant difference in meaning（p0.01）;the life quality of the breast cancer patient is lower than that recommended by the European research organizations in cancer treatment（p0.01）.Conclusion The rehabilitation gymnastics can help the patient recover the function of the affected limb after the breast cancer operation.It also is beneficial to regulating the patent＇s mood and enhancing her confidence and improving her life quality.
