B族维生素对终末期肾病神经病变的治疗作用

摘　　要：目的探讨B族维生素对终末期肾病患者外周神经及自主神经病变的治疗作用。方法终末期肾病患者30例,行维持性血液透析及透析联合滤过治疗后,仍有外周神经及自主神经病变。给予维生素B1100 mg、B6100 mg、B12500μg,2次/周。同时常规血液透析,或透析联合滤过,治疗后4、8、12周评估患者外周神经、自主神经症状改善情况,感觉神经传导速度改善情况。结果经B族维生素治疗4周,患者临床症状、神经传导速度均较治疗前有明显改善(P<0.05),治疗后12周症状改善更为明显(P<0.01)。结论 B族维生素对尿毒症合并外周神经病变患者有明显治疗作用。Objective To investigate the therapeutic effects of vitamin B in end-stage renal disease（ESRD） patients with peripheral and autonomic neuropathy.Methods Vitamin B（B1 100mg,B6 100mg and B12 500g,twice per week） was given in 30 ESRD patients with peripheral or autonomic neuropathy undergoing hemodialysis or hemodiafiltration.The outcomes were evaluated on the 4th,8th,and 12th week during treatment.Results Compared to before,the clinical symptoms and nerve conduction velocity were improved significantly on the 4thweek during treatment（P〈0.05）,which was even better on the 12thweek（P〈0.01）.Conclusion Vitamin B treatment is effective in the ESRD patients with perepheral neuropathy undergoing hemodialysis or hemodiafiltration.
