不同基因型阴道白假丝酵母菌细胞外蛋白水解酶和磷脂酶活性的研究

摘　　要：目的：研究不同基因型白假丝酵母菌细胞外蛋白水解酶和磷脂酶的活性。方法：对954株阴道白假丝酵母菌进行25SrDNA基因分型,选取其中152株进行细胞外蛋白水解酶和磷脂酶活力的测定。结果：954株白假丝酵母菌分为3种基因型,A型876株（91.8%）,B型58株（6.1%）,C型20株（2.1%）;无论酵母相还是菌丝相,不含内含子组（A型）分泌中~高活力细胞外磷脂酶的菌株所占百分率显著高于含内含子组（B型＋C型）（χ2=8.352,P=0.004;χ2=6.302,P=0.012）,而两组间分泌的细胞外蛋白水解酶活力比较,差异无统计学意义（χ2=0.740,P=0.110;χ2=0.445,P=0.582）。结论：白假丝酵母菌25SrDNA可转座Ⅰ型内含子与其细胞外磷脂酶的活力密切相关。Objective：To investigate the extracellular proteinase and phospholipase activity in different genotypes of candida albicans isolated from vulvovaginal candidiasis.Methods：A total of 954 isolates of Candida albicans were genotyped by polymerase chain reaction （PCR） of the 25S rDNA.152 isolates were chosen to detect their enzymes activity.Results： There were three genotypes in 954 isolates.The frequencies of genotypes A,B,and C were 91.8% （876 isolates）,6.1% （58 isolates） and 2.1% （20 isolates）,respectively.The intronless group （genotype A） were more prevalent than the intron-containing group （genotype BC） in the isolates which secreted phospholipase with moderate-high activity （ χ2= 8.352,P= 0.004;χ2 = 6.302,P=0.012 ）.No difference was observed between the intronless and intron-containing group in the proteinase activity（χ2= 0.740,P= 0.110;χ2 = 0.445,P=0.582）.Conclusions： There is close correlation between the transposable group I intron in the 25S rDNA gene and the extracellular phospholipase activity of candida albicans.
