寒冷地区民居的自主节能改造

摘　　要：寒冷地区既有居住建筑,居民出于自身需要,自主对外墙、外窗、屋面进行改造.改造后各部分节能效果贡献率不同,外窗最大,屋面最小.Owing to the residents＇ own needs,they reconstructed the existing residential buildings in cold areas.After the transforming of the external walls,exterior windows,surfaces,the contribution rate of energy saving effect of each part is different.The contribution rate of exterior windows is max,while that of surfaces is mini.
