摘　　要：通过对河南省高校大学生参加体育锻炼态度、参与锻炼实际情况以及影响参加锻炼的各因素进行调查研究,进一步探究锻炼态度与行为特征之间的关系,为河南省大学生体质健康发展和学校体育教学质量的提高提供理论依据.Investigation was made into college students＇ attitudes toward physical exercises,participation in exercise training and the influencing factors to further explore the relationship between attitudes and behavior characteristics to provide a theoretical basis for the development of college students＇ constitution in Henan Province and for the improvement of the teaching quality.
