摘　　要：篮球规则与篮球运动相辅相成,互相促进。2008年执行的国际篮球联合会新规则对"8秒规则"、"球回后场"、"队员跌倒地面"、"干扰球"、"违反体育道德犯规"、"技术犯规"等方面进行了重大修订,使规则更接近NBA规则,体现了FIBA规则与NBA规则的进一步统一。通过修改规则,使得篮球比赛更具流畅性、观赏性,使比赛的安全性、连续性、公平性、竞技性得以加强。Basketball rules and basketball games are complementary to each other and promote mutually. The Implementation of new basketball rules of International Basketball Federation （FIBA） in 2008 aspects of a major revision on ＂the 8-second rule＂, ＂the ball returned to the backcourt＂, ＂the team falls the ground＂, ＂jamming the ball＂, ＂unsportsmanlike foul＂, ＂technical foul＂ and so on, the rule is closer to NBA, FIBA rules and NBA rules reflect the further unification. By modifying the rules, the games more fluid, more spectacular. At the same time making the game of security, continuity, fairness, competition improved.
