摘　　要：福州大学紫金矿业学院自2007年建院之初就确立了由企业"支持办学建设、参与办学过程、检验办学成效"的理念。采用一校两地双师型的办学模式——"紫金模式"。这一办学模式与教育部启动的"卓越工程师教育培养计划"人才培养模式有较高的吻合度。作为首批卓越工程师计划的试点专业,结合矿业类企业发展的海外拓展趋势,急需专业熟练且英文较强的技术人才。在此背景下,学院适时调整人才培养计划,增设地矿类专业英语系列课程,这对于培养高素质适用型的专业技术人才具有重要意义。At the beginning construction of the College of ZiJin Mining,Fuzhou University in 2007,it has been established that the Zijin Mining Group should support the college construction,participate the teaching process and checkout the result.We take double place training pattern and select the double quality teacher to realize the teaching processes,called Zijin Mode.This mode highly fits to that of brilliant engineer plans promoted by Ministry of Education last year.As the first group constructing subject of brilliant engineer,we have adjusted our training plans.Owing to the Zijing Mining Group overseas development project,it is urgent that the enterprise needs more guys who have both the geologic knowledge and high level English comunication ability,so we has added series geological English curriculum,which may have great significance to cultivate more high-level geologists.
