摘  要:[目的]观察刺激SD大鼠甜味觉后杏仁中央核内神经肽Y(NPY)及FOS表达情况。[方法]选取成年健康SD大鼠16只,随机分为两组,给实验组大鼠摄入15 mL蔗糖溶液,给对照组SD大鼠摄入15 mL蒸馏水,2h后应用免疫组织化学方法观察杏仁中央核内NPY及FOS表达。[结果]与对照组相比,实验组大鼠蔗糖甜味觉刺激后引起杏仁中央核内NPY及FOS表达显著增多。[结论]甜味觉食物的促食欲作用可能与其激活了杏仁中央核内的NPY能神经元使NPY表达上调有关。Objective:To observe the effect of sweet taste stimulation on neuropeptide Y(NPY) and FOS expression in nucleus centralis amygdalae of SD rats.Methods:A total of 16 SD health adult rats were randomly divided into test and control groups.The test group rats were taken sucrose solution 15 mL.And the control group rats were taken distilled water 15 mL.Then expressions of neuropeptide Y and FOS in nucleus centralis amygdalae of all rats were detected and observed by immunohistochemistry 2 hours later.Results:Compared with the control group,neuropeptide Y and FOS expression in nucleus centralis amygdalae in test group rats were significantly increased.Conclusion:Appetite-promoting effect of the sweet taste food may be related to the activation of NPY neurons in nucleus centralis amygdalae and up-regulation of NPY.
