行为干预对经皮冠状动脉介入治疗术后病人生活行为影响的研究

摘　　要：[目的]探讨行为干预对经皮冠状动脉介入治疗(PCI)术后病人后续康复治疗生活行为的影响。[方法]对我院120例PCI术后病人于入院后采用自制的"经皮冠状动脉介入治疗术后病人行为与生活方式调查表"和"经皮冠状动脉介入治疗术后病人A型行为评定量表"进行调查和评价,并按入院顺序随机分为对照组和干预组各60例。对照组予常规护理,干预组在此基础上予重点实施面对面相关的知识教育和行为干预,并在出院后进行每月1次或2次巩固教育。[结果]干预组健康相关行为与生活方式(合理膳食、戒烟、限酒、戒浓茶、保持乐观、稳定的情绪、矫正A型行为、定期监测血压、血糖、体重)优于对照组(P<0.01)。[结论]实施个体化行为干预能帮助经皮冠状动脉介入治疗术后病人建立健康行为与生活方式,对促进经皮冠状动脉介入治疗术后病人的康复和提高其生活质量起一定作用。Objective： To probe into the influence of behavior interventmn on the life behavior of patients after undergoing percutaneous coronary artery interventional therapy （PCI） accepting subsequent rehabilitation ther- apy. Methods： A total of 120 patients after undergoing PCI in hospital were investigated and evaluated with the self - designed behavior and life style questionnaire and A -type behavior rating scale, and all patients were randomly divided into control and intervention group based on hospitaliza- tion sequence （60 cases in each）. Patients of control group accepted routine nursing, while, on the basis of that, patients of the intervention group were given face - to - face relative knowledge education and behavior inter- vention, and consolidate education once or twice a month was carried out after discharge. Results： The health relative behavior and life style in in- tervention group （such as rational diet, stopping smoking, limiting wines, refraining strong tea, keeping optimistic, stable emotion, rectifying A - type behavior, monitoring blood pressure, blood glucose, and body weight regularly） were superior to that in control group（P〈0.01）. Conclusion： To implement individualized behavior intervention can help the patients af- ter undergoing PCI establish healthy behavior and life style, and it is sig- nificant to promote rehabilitation and improve quality of life for patients af ter PCI.
