摘　　要：[目的]探讨家庭亲密度和适应性对维持性血液透析病人应对方式的影响。[方法]采用家庭亲密度和适应性量表中文版(FACESII-CV)作为测评工具,以病人对自己家庭亲密度和适应性现状的实际感受评定计分进行分组,选取家庭亲密度评分≥65分、适应性≥55分为研究组,家庭亲密度评分<65分、适应性<55分为对照组,分别应用简易应对方式问卷(SCSQ)对两组病人的应对方式进行测定,并进行比较。[结果]研究组SCSQ积极得分明显高于对照组,消极得分明显低于对照组,两组比较差异均有统计学意义(P均<0.01)。[结论]在治疗及护理维持性血液透析病人躯体疾病的同时,更应注意部分维持性血液透析病人对家庭亲密度的感受,并有针对性地对维持性血液透析病人及家属开展社会心理干预,提高适应性,改善应对方式,防止其不良情绪的发生。Objective:To probe into the influence of familiarity and adaptability on coping style of patients accepting maintenance hemodialysis.Methods: The Chinese version of the familiarity and adaptability rating scale(FACESII-CV) was used as the assessment tool.All patients were divided based on assessment mark of actual feeling of patients to current situation of self-family familiarity and adaptability.The patients with familiarity mark ≥65 and adaptability mark ≥55 were selected as research group,while the patients with familiarity mark <65 and adaptability mark <55 were as control group.The coping styles of both group patients were assessed and compared by using simple coping style questionnaire(SCSQ).Results: the positive score of SCSQ in research group was significantly higher than that in control group(P<0.01),and the negative score was significantly lower than that in control group(P<0.01).Conclusion: At the same time of treatment and nursing care of body disease of patients undergoing maintenance hemodialysis,the feelings of part of patients to familiarity is should be paid more attention,and the social psychological intervention should be carried out for the patients and their relatives in target,so as to improve patients' adaptability and coping style,prevent from their abnormal emotion occurrence.
