摘  要:采用拉丁方设计,2009年7月在湘潭锰矿区重金属污染植物修复地土壤施加3个EDTA梯度(空白对照、1.5mmol/kg(W1)和3.0mmol/kg(W2)),比较了不同的EDTA浓度对栾树吸收镉的影响。结果表明:(1)湘潭锰矿区重金属污染土壤中Cd含量达到13.124mg/kg。施加EDTA后与对照样地土壤中的Cd含量差异性不显著(P>0.05),施加EDTA前后的差异性显著(P<0.05),1个月和2个月后,W1和W2分别增加了18.4%和13.4%,87.3%和71.1%,增加幅度大小为W1>W2。(2)施加EDTA前栾树根、茎、叶各器官中Cd平均含量分别为0.411mg/kg,0.316mg/kg和0.482mg/kg,施加EDTA后,Cd平均含量与对照之间的差异性显著(P<0.05),第1个月植物根系中Cd平均含量分别下降了20.9%和33.1%;从第2个月后,根系中Cd含量分别比施加前增加了24.5%和38.6%;1年后,栾树根系中Cd含量分别比施加前提高了10.82和10.70倍。栾树茎中Cd平均含量在施加EDTA一个月后比施加前分别增加了2.8%和18.7%;两个月后分别增加了103.2%和153.2%;1年后,栾树茎中Cd含量比施加前提高了16.94和14.68倍。栾树叶中Cd平均含量在施加EDTA一个月后分别增加了47.3%和13.3%;两个月后叶片中Cd含量分别增加了69.7%和127.6%;1年后,栾树叶片中Cd含量更是分别比施加前提高了11.00和9.65倍。但添加EDTA的两种浓度之间差异性不显著(P>0.05)。Three EDTA gradient with Latin square design were applied in the phytoremediation of heavy metals pollution of soil in Xiangtan manganese mine at July in 2009: Control(CK),1.5 mmol/kg(W1) and 3.0 mmol/kg(W2).The effects of EDTA concentrations on Koelreuteria uptake Cd were comparied.The results show as follows:(1) The basic content of Cd in the soil was 13.124 mg/kg.Applied EDTA after control plots in soil Cd content was not significant(P0.05),but imposed by EDTA before and after differences were significantly(P0.05),1 month and 2 months later,W1 and W2 were increased 18.4% and 13.4%,87.3% and 71.1%,respectively.The rate of increase in size was W1 W2.(2) EDTA before imposed,the average content of Cd in different organs(roots,stems,leaves) were 0.411 mg/kg,0.316 mg/kg and 0.482 mg/kg,after EDTA applied,Cd average concentration difference between the control was significantly(P 0.05),the Cd in plant roots average concentration decreased by 20.9% and 33.1% in the first month;the roots Cd content increasea by 24.5% and 38.6% in the secend month;Cd content in roots was increased by 10.82 than imposed and 10.70 times in Koelreuteria after 1 year.Average content of Cd in stems EDTA applied 1 month after the former increased by 2.8% and 18.7%;103.2% and 153.2% within 2 months;16.94 and 14.68 times after 1 year.Average content of Cd in leaves one month after the applied EDTA were increased by 47.3% and 13.3%;69.7% and 127.6% within 2 months;11.00 and 9.65 times after 1 year,respectively.But the two concentrations of EDTA was not significant(P 0.05).
