摘  要:2010年10月采用稀释平板法研究了湖南省长沙市天际岭植物园樟树林、马尾松林及樟树马尾松混交林土壤微生物数量的分布特征。结果表明:樟树林、混交林、马尾松林中的土壤微生物总数量存在显著差异(P<0.05),其微生物总数量分别为:樟树林44.770×104 CFU/g、混交林23.791×104 CFU/g、马尾松林7.107×104CFU/g,微生物总数特征为樟树林>混交林>马尾松林;土壤中3大类微生物数量以细菌类群占绝对优势,樟树林为32.933×104 CFU/g,混交林21.067×104 CFU/g,马尾松林5.556×104 CFU/g。樟树林、混交林及马尾松林的真菌和放线菌的数量分别为0.600×104和11.237×104 CFU/g;1.040×104和1.684×104 CFU/g;0.687×104和0.864×104 CFU/g,占总菌数的1.34%~25.10%;土壤中三大类群微生物的组成比例有显著不同。樟树林细菌数占总菌数的73.56%,放线菌类群和丝状真菌类群分别占25.10%和1.34%;混交林细菌数占总数的88.55%,放线菌、真菌数分别占总菌数的7.08%、4.37%;马尾松林细菌数占总菌数的78.17%,放线菌数占12.17%,真菌数占9.66%。In October 2010,the soil microorganism quantity distribution of Cinnamomum camphora,Pinus massoniana and the mixed forest in Tianjiling Botany Garden of Changsha city Hunan province was investigated with methed of dilution flat.The results show that the total numbers of soil micro-organism among Cinnamomum camphora,Pinus massoniana and the mixed forest had significant differences(P 0.05).the total number of soil microorganism of Cinnamomum camphora was 44.770×104,23.791×104 CFU/g for mixed forest and 7.107×104 CFU/g for Pinus massoniana,respectively.The total numers were ordered: Cinnamomum camphoramixed forestPinus massoniana.The main micro-organism in the soil is bacteria groups,the numerbers in Cinnamomum camphora was 32.933×104 CFU /g,21.067×104 CFU/g in the mixed forest and 5.556×104 CFU/g in Pinus massoniana,respectively.The numbers of fungus and actinomyces in Cinnamomum camphora,the mixed forest and Pinus massoniana were 0.600×104 and 11.237 × 104 CFU/g,1.040 ×104 and 1.684×104 CFU/g,0.687×104 and 0.864×104 CFU/g,respectively,the total bacterial counted 1.34%~25.10%.Three groups of soil microbial components were notably different proportion.The rate in Cinnamomum camphora was bacteria 73.56%,bacteria actinomycetes groups and filamentous fungi groups 25.10% and 1.34%,respectively.Similarly,in mixed forest were 88.55%,7.08% and 4.37%,respectively;in Pinus massoniana were 78.17%,12.17% and 9.66%,respectively.
