摘  要:使用Li—6400光合测定仪,对两种林龄(3年生、8年生)四川桤木的光合生理特性进行了系统的测定和对比分析。结果表明:(1)2种林龄四川桤木不同部位叶片的净光合速率(Pn)的日变化既有共性又有特性。共性为:2种桤木上下部位Pn值在8时、14时、18时都趋于同一个值;特性为:3年生四川桤木上下两部位年均日变化都呈单峰型,峰值均出现在12时,8年生桤木都表现为双峰型,峰值均出现在10和16时。(2)2种桤木植株4个方位各个季度的Pn值大小排列顺序都为6月>4月>9月>10月,8年生桤木各个季度的Pn值受到方位影响较大,且8年生桤木4个方位年均Pn值都大于3年生桤木,即8年生桤木具有更强的光合能力。(3)2种林龄桤木上部叶、下部叶,不同月份3个因素内部处理之间存在显著的差异性(p值=0.017),林龄和月份2个因素之间交互作用显著,而其他2个交互作用均未达到5%的显著差异水平。The photosynthetic physiological characteristics of Alnus cremastogyne seedlings with two different stand ages (3-year-old, 8-year-old) were systematically determined and analyzed by using Li-6400 portable photosynthesis measuring system. The results are as follows: ( 1 ) The diurnal variation values of net photosynthetic rate ( Pn ) of the leaves at different parts of A. cremastogyne with two different stand ages had not only commonness but also uncommon characteristics. The commonness is that both the upper and lower parts of the two alder' s Pn tended to a same particular value at 8 am. , 14 : 00, 18 : 00 ; the uncommon characteristics is that the 3-year-old alder' s upper and lower parts diurnal average variation curves both were single peak, the peak values occurred at 12 : 00, while that of 8-year-old alder had double peaks, the peak values boih appeared at 10 : 00 and 16 : 00, (2)The order of the Pn of the two alder plants in four directions from big to small is: June' s〉April' s〉September' s〉Octobet' s. To the 8-year-old aider, the orientation affected greatly on each quarter' s Pn ' and to the annual average Pn ' the four directions of 8-year-old alder were bigger than that of 3-year-old alder, it is to say that the photosynthetic capacity of the middle-aged stand was much more hener than the young one. (3) For the upper part leaves and lower part leaves of the two different age A. cremastogyne, there were significant differences (p≤ 0.017) in the internal processing among the three factors( upper leaves, lower leaves, different months). There was a significant interaction between the two factors(stand age and the month), while the other two interaction did not reach a significant difference of 5 percent level.
