论油茶在南方丘陵区退耕还林工程中的应用

摘　　要：根据目前林业发展及生态文明建设的热点问题,探讨了发展油茶产业及实施退耕还林工程的重要性。以湖南省为例,分析当前油茶产业发展和退耕还林工程的现状,提出在南方丘陵区将发展油茶产业同退耕还林工程有机结合。针对丘陵地区的退耕还林地,简述了油茶的造林技术措施,指出油茶产业发展中存在的问题,并提出对策、建议。以此达到资源合理配置、改善生态环境、保障国家粮油安全、促进区域经济增长、走林业可持续发展道路的目的,兼顾了生态、经济和社会三大效益。According to the hot issues of forestry development and constructing eco-civilization in recent years, the importance of developing Camellia oleifera industry and conversion of cropland to forest project implementation was studied. Took Hunan province for example, the current situation of developing Camellia oleifera industry and conversion of cropland to forest project had been analyzed. How to combine developing Camellia oleifera industry with conversion of cropland to forest project was proposed. In this paper, the technqiues for Camellia oleifera afforestation on the land of hilly area in conversion of cropland to forest project has been briefly introduced. Pointed out that the problem in the Camellia oleifera industry and countermeasures was given. In this way, the resources was allocated rationally, the ecological environment was improved, the safety of national grain and oils was ensured, the regional economic growth was promoted and the road of sustainable development of forestry was took. The balance between ecological, economic and social benefits was considered in the combine.
