摘　　要：阐述社会压力和社会问题向综合效益转化的积极因素与经济社会发展的驱动力,提出了将巨大的经济负担转化为巨大的经济资源、养老产业的综合效益发挥及其协同管理、养老产业是永不枯竭的养老敬老的经济社会资源的问题;论述了作为系统工程的产业化发展的养老保障服务业的问题,提出了中国养老社会工程及其产业化发展的方法论、产业化发展的养老工程实施的集成方法等策略。This paper expounds upon the active factors that make social pressure and social problems transform into comprehensive benefits and the driving force for economic social development,puts forward suggestions of transforming huge economic burdens into enormous economic resources,bringing the comprehensive benefits of endowsement industry into play and its coordinated management,and making endowsement industry an inexhaustible resource,discusses the problem of the endowsement security service industry as an industrialized development in system engineering,and sets forth the strategies of methodology for endowsement social engineering and its industrialized development,and the integrated method for the industrialized develping endowsement engineering implementation.
