摘　　要：利用1997—2008年统计数据对重庆市土地资本化与经济增长之间的关系进行实证分析,研究发现土地资本化与经济增长存在着长期均衡,但短期均衡调整力度不大;土地资本化在经济增长中的作用存在时滞性,而且存在着弱化现象。在统筹城乡过程中,要从土地制度改革、土地市场交易平台、市场机制与宏观调控等方面着手来强化土地要素的资源和资本功能。Using statistical data for Chongqing＇s 1997—2008 to Empirical Analysis,this paper draws the conclusion that there exist long-term equilibrium between land capitalization and economic growth,but short-term equilibrium adjustment is little.The effect of land factors on economic growth lags and weakens.In the process of balancing urban and rural development,implementing the function of the land＇s resource and capital,the countermeasures should be taken from the land system reform and land market trading platform and the market mechanism and macro-control and other aspects of policy recommendations.
