摘　　要：由于肾脏疾病的Ｂ 超图象没有定量的诊断标准， 本文介绍应用计算机对大量典型病历的Ｂ 超相片予以分析统计， 确定出各种病情的灰度差范围， 为医疗诊断做到科学化， 标准化，Due to the lack of quantitatively diagnostic standard of the B-type ultrasonic image that reflect the disease of kidney, in this paper, the method is introduced, which analyse and collect statistics on a large number of B-type Ultrasonic images of typically medical record by computer. Then the scope of difference in gray-scale about various diseases is presented. It lays the foundations of the digitization ,standardization and scientization of medical diagnosis.
