摘　　要：可弯曲喉罩是一种具有特殊用途的第一代喉罩。其操作简便、对呼吸道损伤小、刺激小、患者容易耐受、并发症少,既可维持自主呼吸又能正压通气,已逐渐应用于临床。本文根据手术情况研究比较多种人工气道的利弊,探寻可弯曲喉罩的选择及术中管理。现综述可弯曲喉罩的临床特点,置入及管理,适应证、禁忌证和并发症,临床应用,注意事项。根据手术情况合理选择可弯曲喉罩,进一步探讨其临床特点,置入及管理,适应证、禁忌证和并发症,使其在今后的临床应用中更加安全、有效。Flexible laryngeal mask airway （ FLMA ） is the first generation of laryngeal mask airway （ LMA ） with an especial usage. The FLMA is easy to use and has only a little damage and stimulate to the respiratory passage, which the patients are liable to bear and has fewer complications. It can maintain not only spontaneously breathing but also positive pressure ventilation. FLMA has been gradually used in the clinical anesthesia. To study and determine the benefits and risks of various artificial airways according to the operations ; to explore the choosing of the FLMA and intrao-perative management. Sum up the clinical features of the FLMA, imbedding and maintenance, indication, contraindieation, and complication, clinical application and matters needing attention. Choose the FLMA reasonably according to the operation and do further research for its clinical features, imbedding and maintenance, indication, contraindication, and complication, and make sure it is safer and more effective in the future clinical application.
