乳酸菌阴道胶囊用于恢复阴道正常菌群的疗效观察

摘　　要：目的观察乳酸菌阴道胶囊对于阴道炎患者药物治疗后阴道正常菌群恢复的疗效。方法对2009年1月～2010年10月在临沂市人民院门诊确诊的693例阴道炎(外阴阴道假丝酵母菌病192例、滴虫性阴道炎167例、细菌性阴道病153例、萎缩性阴道炎181例)患者(年龄21～52岁)在使用药物治疗病原体转阴后采用乳酸菌阴道胶囊进行1～3疗程补充治疗,并对治疗后患者阴道分泌物乳酸杆菌进行计数、培养及半定量。结果乳酸菌阴道胶囊巩固实验组阴道炎妇女阴道乳酸杆菌检出率(70.29%)及产H2O2杆菌比例(70.73%)明显高于对照组(P<0.05),实验组阴道炎复发率较对照组复发率明显降低,差异有显著性(P<0.01)。结论在药物治疗阴道炎后给予乳酸菌阴道胶囊巩固治疗,可有效提升阴道内乳酸杆菌含量及活性,恢复阴道正常菌群,减少阴道炎复发。Objective To observe the efficacy of lactobacillus suppository to recover the vaginal normal flora after vaginitis treatment. Methods The objects of observation were 693 outpatients （ age from 21 to 52 ） suffered from different group of vaginitis after pharmacotherapy, between January 2009 to October 2010 in Linyi City peoples＇ hospital.Used laetobacillus suppository as 1 - 3 course of supplement therapy, the vaginal secretion were collected and cultured, the vaginal bacillus laetis were counted before and after supplement therapy. Results The rates of bacillus lactis （ 70.29% ） and the rate of H202 producing bacillus laetis （ 70.73% ） isolated from vaginas after laetobacillue suppository supplement therapy were significantly higher than the control group （ P 〈 0.05 ） and the recurrence rate of the test group （ 3.14% ） were significantly lower than the control group （ P 〈 0.01 ）. Conclusion Vaginal bacillus lactis is sensitive to many treatment, lactobacillus suppository play an important role to regain the vaginal normal flora to increase the number of vaginal bacillus lactis and decrease the recurrence rate of vaginitis.
