裸花紫珠片治疗Ⅰ期内痔出血56例临床观察

摘　　要：目的观察裸花紫珠片治疗Ⅰ期内痔出血的临床疗效。方法将112例Ⅰ期内痔出血患者分为两组,治疗组(56例)口服裸花紫珠片,对照组(56例)口服痔宁片,两组疗程均为7 d。观察两组患者的3 d、7 d止血率、总有效率以及治疗前后血小板、出血、凝血时间的变化。结果治疗组的3 d止血率、总有效率分别为64.3%和91.1%,均高于对照组的50.0%和82.1%(P<0.05或P<0.01);7 d止血率组间比较,无统计学差异(P>0.05);与本组治疗前比较,治疗组治疗后血小板数量增多(P<0.01),出血时间缩短(P<0.01),凝血酶时间缩短(P<0.05),对照组治疗后3项血液指标无明显改变。两组治疗后以上各指标比较,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05或P<0.01)。结论裸花紫珠片治疗Ⅰ期内痔出血疗效更好,无明显副作用。且对于大便稀薄、便次较多的患者,临床应用更为适宜,其疗效更佳。Objective To observe the clinical efficacy of luohuazizhu tablets on bleeding internal hemorrhoid at the stage I.Methods 112 cases of bleeding internal hemorrhoid at the stage I were divided into two groups.56 cases in a treatment group were treated with oral medication of luohuazizhu tablets.56 cases in a control group were treated with oral medication of zhining tablets.The duration of treatment was 7 days in either group.It was to observe the hemostatic rates in 3 days and 7 days,the total effective rates in two groups and the changes in platelet count as well as the time of bleeding and coagulation in comparison before and after treatment.Results In treatment group,the hemostatic rate in 3 days and the total effective rate were 64.3% and 91.1% respectively,which were higher than 50.0% and 82.1% in control group separately（P0.05 or P0.01）.There was no statistical difference in the hemostatic rate in 7 days among group comparison（P0.05）.As compared with those before treatment in treatment group,the platelet count increased（P0.01）,the bleeding time was shortened（P0.01）and the coagulation time was shortened（P0.05）after treatment.There were no obvious changes in 3 blood indicators after treatment in control group.There was no statistical significance in all of the above indicators after treatment in comparison between two groups（P0.05 or P0.01）.Conclusion Luohuazizhu tablets have better efficacy on bleeding internal hemorrhoid at the stage I and have no remarkable side effects.The tablets are much suitable in clinical practice and have much better efficacy especially for the patients manifested as loose stool and frequent defecation.
