摘  要:应用二相电泳方法,分析中华补血草Limonium sinensis(Girard.) O.Kuthze.和中亚滨藜AtriplexcentralasiaticaIljin 这二种典型泌盐植物叶片中的蛋白组成变化,发现盐胁迫时,二种植物叶片中均有少量的盐激蛋白出现,其中中亚滨藜叶片中的蛋白质组成变化大一些.运用Western- blot 方法对这二种盐生植物叶片中的dehydrin蛋白进行检测,结果发现,无论是在正常环境下,还是高浓度盐渍环境下。The proteins in the leaves of the two kinds of halophytes,Atriplex centralasiatica Iljin and Limonium sinensis(Girard.)O.Kuthze,were analyzed by two-dimension electrophoresis when the palnts were suffered from salt stress.The results showed that there were a few of salt stress proteins in the two kinds of halophytes.By comparison,Atriplex centralasiatica Iljin expressed more salt stress proteins than Limonium sinensis did.Dehydrin,which could confer salt tolerance to crops,was not detected in these two kinds of halophytes with Western-Blot test,no matter whether the plants were treated by Hoagland's solution or Hoagland's solution added with 100,200,and 400mmol/L NaCl.
