摘  要:结扎大鼠左冠状动脉的左室支,造成局部心肌缺血。大体标本活体染色与光镜检查的结果相符合,均显示缺血中心区大部分心肌梗塞、变性;缺血损伤在导致心电图紊乱的同时,还使心肌组织的脂质过氧化产物丙二醛大量生成和自由基清除剂超氧化物歧化酶的活性显著下降;血浆肌磷酸肌酸激酶的活性剧增也印证了上述结果。表明结扎大鼠左冠状动脉左室支建立的缺血模型稳定可靠。采用该模型检查了铅对缺血心脏的影响。A model of myocardial ischemia is induced by coronary artery ligation in rats. Microscope observation and pathological dyeing showed that myocardial iinfarction occurs in the ischemic-centure area. Myocardial ischemia not only causes cardiac arrthythmmias but also increases the products of lipid peroxidation. The leakage of myocardial CPK demonstrated the results. It can be concluded that the myocardial ischemia model induced by coronary artery ligation is stable and reliable. The effect of Lead on heart by using the model was also checked, which showed that the toxicity of acute Lead load on the ischemic heart is obvious.
