摘　　要：随着时代的不断进步,建设工程也越来越多,而工程的招投标管理在工程建设中具有举足轻重的地位。目前建设工程招投标在报名环节存在舞弊漏洞,为了提高工作效率,增加招投标工作的透明度,保证最大程度的公开、公平和公正,开发了这个招投标管理系统的网上报名系统。As the progresses of times,more and more construction projects come into being,and the biddings of project management has a pivotal position in the engineering constructions.However,due to the construction project bidding in the current application there are some areas of fraud,in order to improve efficiency and increase the transparency of bidding to ensure the greatest degree of openness,fairness and justice,we developed the construction engineering online registration system
