采收期对鲜食玉米沪紫黑糯1号性状指标的影响

摘　　要：研究了沪紫黑糯1号在7种不同采收期(即授粉至采收分别为16、18、20、22、24、26 d和28 d时)的性状指标变化。结果表明:不同采收期处理对穗长、穗粗、出籽率、百粒重4个性状都有显著影响。适宜采收期是授粉至采收20～24d,最佳采收期是授粉至采收22d左右,此时沪紫黑糯1号的穗长、穗粗、单穗重、出籽率、百粒重、糯性和鲜食品质总评分分别为17.3cm、5.3cm、258.4g、67.45%、36.35g、17.0分和92.5分,鲜果穗完全转色,乌黑发亮。The economic and qualitative characters of table corn Huziheinuo 1 were studied under 7 different harvesting times（or harvesting respectively at 16,18,20,22,24,26 and 28 days after pollination）. The results showed that the harvesting time had significant effects on the ear length,ear diameter, seed-setting rate and 100-seed weight.The suitable harvesting time was at 20 - 24 days after pollination,and the best was about at 22 days after pollination,at which time the ear length,ear diameter, ear weight,seed-setting rate,100-seed weight,score in glutinousness,and total score in table quality were respectively 17.3 cm,5.3 cm,258.4 g,67.45%,36.35 g,17.0 points,and 92.5 points,and the fresh ear entirely changed in color,showing glossy black.
