溃疡病对杨树愈伤组织呼吸代谢的影响

摘  要:杨树抗病品种和感病品种的愈伤组织受杨树溃疡病菌(Dothiorella gregaria Sacc.)侵染后,呼吸作用均明显增强。感病品种在侵染初期呼吸上升的速度大于抗病品种,但随后迅速降低。而抗病品种的呼吸强度升高后较长时间保持在较高水平上。随着呼吸强度的升高,抗病品种愈伤组织的HMP途径运行程度明显增高,在其总呼吸中所占的比例由12h的19.4%增至60h的61.1%。感病品种的HMP途径虽也增强,但不很明显。结果表明,呼吸强度的升高以及HMP途径的增强与品种抗病性有密切关系。Describes the changes of respiratory metabolism in the callus of poplar varieties infected by the pathogen Dothirella gregaria Sacc, The respiratory rate of susce-pitable varietied increases more faster than that of the resistant varieties in the initial stage after inoculation but declines rapidly, while the respiratory rate of resistant varieties increased steadily and kept in a higher level for a longer time. The HMP pathway in callus of resistant varieties raised markedly with increases of respiratory rate, and the proportion of HMP to total respiration raised from 19.4% ( 12 hours) to 61.1% ( 60 hours) .The HMP pathway in callus of suscepitable varieties increased also but unnotable. A direct relationship between the resistance of poplar varieties to poplars canker and the increase of respiratory rate as well as the increase of HMP pathway was found.
