摘  要:为设计新型高效光学滤波器、放大器,用传输矩阵法理论对一维光子晶体((AB)5C2(BA)5)m的光传输特性进行了研究,结果发现:在实介电常量情况下,光子晶体透射谱出现m条窄带共振透射峰,实现可调性多通道光学滤波功能。当C层为含负虚部的复介电常量(介质中掺入增益性杂质)时,仅在归一化中心频率1.0ω/ω0处出现一条超窄带透射峰,且透射峰出现很强的透射增益现象,增益放大倍数最高达104数量级,实现高效光学滤波、放大的功能;同时,归一化中心频率1.0ω/ω0处出现极强的受激辐射。透射增益和受激辐射强度与重复周期数m及C层复介电常量的负虚部大小密切相关。这些特性为实验制备工作提供了理论依据。To design new high-performance optical filters and amplifiers,the optical transmission characteristic of one-dimensional photonic crystal((AB)5C2(BA)5)m was studied based on transfer matrix method.The result shows that as the dielectric constant is the real number,there appear m narrow-band transmission resonance peaks in the transmission spectrum,which can realize the function of adjustable multi-channel optical filtering.When the layer C is the complex dielectric constant containing negative imaginary part(added with active matter),there only appears one super-narrow-band resonance peak at the normalized center frequency of 1.0ω/ω0,and the resonance peak strongly gains with a multiple of up to 104 orders of magnitude.The functions of high-performance optical filters and optical amplifiers are realized.Meanwhile,an extremely strong stimulated radiation appears at the normalized center frequency of 1.0ω/ω0.The transmission gain and the intensities of stimulated radiation closely relate to repetition period m and the size of the negative imaginary part of the complex dielectric constant in layer C.The features all above provide theoretical basis for preparation work of the experiment.
