摘　　要：本文探讨了建设档案共享网络的社会策动力和各级档案机构参与档案网络共享的动因,自不同角度对档案共享网络的效益进行了剖析,梳理了档案网络共享过程中的各种利益关系,提出了构建利益协调机制的四个原则和主要手段。This paper researches into the social motivation of the construction of common shared archival net and the moving forces of each archival institution to participating in it.It also discusses the various benefits from the operation of shared net,analyzes the interests of different participants and their relationships,and proposes the principles and measures to establish an interest coordination mechanism.
