摘  要:目的:对中药三拗汤制剂水提工艺进行优化。方法:采用L9(34)正交设计,以盐酸麻黄碱含量和出膏率为考察指标,考察加水量、提取时间、提取次数3个因素对提取的影响。结果:最佳提取工艺为加10倍量的水煎煮1.5 h,再加10倍量的水煎煮2次,每次1 h。结论:工艺经实验重现性好,对进一步的工艺开发有较好的参考价值。Objective:To optimize the water extraction technology of the Chinese Sanaotang Preparation.Method:The water extraction technology optimized by orthogonal design L9(34),while ephedrine hydrochloride content and the rate of paste as indexes.Factors of water quantity,extraction time and extracting frequency were evaluated for their effects on extraction process.Result:The best water extraction technology was that 10 times of water decocting 1.5 hours,then 10 times of water decocting 2 times,with 1 hour for each time.Conclusion:This technology is stable,practical and worthy of a trial in pharmaceutical production.
