摘　　要：目的探讨在电视监视纤维喉镜下运用微波治疗声带良性病变的可行性及疗效。方法对235例声带良性病变患者采用电视监视纤维喉镜下介入微波治疗的临床资料进行总结分析。结果在235例患者中,临床症状均有明显改善,治愈223例(94.9%),好转12例(5.1%)。结论电视监视纤维喉镜下微波治疗声带良性病变具有安全、微创、高效的优点,是一种有效的治疗方法。[Objective] To study the efficacy and reliability of the microwave therapy to vocal cords benign lesions under keeping watch on fibrolaryngoscope by television.[Methods] Follow up studies were conducted in 235 patients with vocal cords benign lesions who were treated by microwave under keeping watch on fibrolaryngoscope by television.[Results] 223 patients were cured and 12 patients were effective after treatment.The curative rate was 94.9% and the effective rate was 5.1%.[Conclusions] The microwave therapy for vocal cords benign lesions under keeping watch on fibrolaryngoscope by television is more safe and efficient,and has been proved to be an ideal aucheniatrias at present.
