甘蓝型油菜隐性核不育系兄妹交与自交不育率相关性初探

摘　　要：甘蓝型油菜隐性核不育系绵 7AB -3中成对兄妹交不育株后代的不育率与相对应可育株自交后代的不育率相关分析表明 :不育株的不育率随相对应可育株自交后代的不育率高低而变化 ,可育株不育率高者相对应的不育株的不育率也高 ,反之则低 。The present paper deals with the sterile rate of recessive GMS two-use line of B.Napus .The correlation of sterile rates between the sterile plant after paired sib-mating and the relative fertility plant after selfing was analysed .The results indicated that the sterile rate of the sterile plant changed with the sterile rate of the relative fertility plant.If the sterile rate of the fertility plant was high ,so was the sterile rate of the relative sterile plant.Otherwise,both of them were low.They had a significant and positive correlation.
