摘  要:聚乳酸(PLA)作为一种性能良好的生物可降解材料,在生物医用高分子等方面有着广泛的应用。单糖类小分子对多肽、蛋白质等具有较好的亲和性,对组织细胞也有较好的相容性。为了改善PLA的亲水性、细胞相容性等性能,利用单糖类化合物改性聚乳酸日益受到关注。按照单糖种类的不同,本文综述了近年来各类单糖及其衍生物等改性聚乳酸的研究进展,指出该生物资源化与材料功能化的PLA改性方向值得重视,特别是直接采用廉价乳酸为原料的熔融共聚法需要加强研究。As an important biodegradable material, polylactic acid (PLA) has been extensively applied in many fields, including biomedical polymers. Monosaccharides have good affinity to peptide and protein and have good compatibility with tissue cell. In order to improve the properties of PLA, especially hydrophilicity and cell compatibilities, more and more importance have been attracted to monosaccharides modified PLA. According to the types of monosaccharides,the recent progress on the modification of PLA by different monosaccharides and their derivatives, have been reviewed in this article. It is pointed that the direction of PLA modification involving the utilization of biological resources and functionalization of PLA material should be noteworthy, and the research on the modification method via melt copolymerization direct using inexpensive lactic acid as starting material should be strengthened.
