疏密波电针四花穴对瘀血模型大鼠血液流变性的影响

摘　　要：目的:观察疏密波电针四花穴对瘀血模型大鼠血液流变性的影响。方法:采用每天10 mg/kg腹腔注射(intra-peritonelly,ip)NOS抑制剂—L-NAME、高脂饮食,连续21 d的方法,建立大鼠血瘀证模型。取Wistar大鼠40只,随机分为4组:正常对照组、模型对照组、药物组、电针组;正常对照组不作任何处理,其他3组建立血瘀证模型。药物组采用肠溶阿司匹林,电针组针刺四花穴,观察治疗前、后各组的血液流变性变化。结果:电针组和药物组均能显著改善血液流变学指标(P<0.05),两组之间疗效无显著差异。结论:疏密波电针四花穴能有效治疗血瘀证。四花穴是活血化瘀的有效穴位。Objective： To observe the influence of electroacupuncture of Sihua points on hemorheology of rats with blood stasis.Methods： Forty Wistar rats were randomly divided into 4 groups,specifically,health control group,blood stasis model group,drug therapy group and electroacupuncture group.Except the health control group,blood stasis was induced in other three groups.The drug therapy group was given aspirin,and the electroacupuncture group was treated with electroacupuncture.Changes in hemorheology before and after treatment were observed and compared.Results： Both drug therapy group and electroacupuncture group showed significant improvements in hemorheology（P〈0.05）.No significant difference was observed between the two groups.Conclusions： Electroacupuncture of Sihua points is effective on blood stasis.
