弧形缝合肛门切扩术联合加味硝矾洗剂对嵌顿环状混合痔疗效分析

摘　　要：目的:探讨改良外剥内扎术弧形缝合肛门切扩术联合加味硝矾洗剂治疗嵌顿环状混合痔的临床疗效。方法:采用改良外剥内扎术弧形缝合肛门切扩术联合加味硝矾洗剂治疗的62例嵌顿环状混合痔做为观察组,对照组48例给予传统内扎外切治疗,比较两组疗效及并发症。结果:观察组治疗总有效率为98.3%(61/62)显著高于对照组(83.3%,35/42),差异有统计学意义(P<0.01);观察组患者肛门水肿消失时间、痔核脱落时间、愈合时间及住院时间均显著少于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:改良外剥内扎术弧形缝合肛门切扩术联合加味硝矾洗剂治疗嵌顿环状混合痔可显著减少术后并发症,具有伤口愈合快、患者痛苦小及住院时间短的特点。Objective： To explore the effects of modified comprehensive treatment of internal binding,external excising,arc suturing and anus-enlarging combining with hemorrhoid lotion on blocked annular mixed hemorrhoid.Methods： Sixty-two cases with blocked annular mixed hemorrhoid that underwent modified comprehensive treatment of internal binding,external excising,arc suturing and anus-enlarging combining with hemorrhoid lotion were enrolled as experience group,and 48 cases with blocked annular mixed hemorrhoid that were treated with traditional internal binding and external excising method were selected as control group.Treatment outcomes and incidence of complications were compared between the two groups.Results： Total effective rate was 98.3%（61/62）and 83.3%（35/42） in experiment group and control group respectively showing significant difference（P〈0.01）.The time for anus edema disappearance,hemorrhoids defluvium,wound healing and hospital stay of the experiment group were significantly shorter than that of the control group（P〈0.05）.The postoperative complications in experiment group was much less than that of the control group（P〈0.05）.Conclusions： The modified internal binding,external excising,arc suturing and anus-enlarging combining with hemorrhoid lotion is effective on mixed hemorrhoids since it can obviously decrease the incidence of postoperative complications,shorten patients′ hospital stay.
