摘　　要：由于分散控制系统(DCS)功能越来越强,控制范围越来越广,600 MW以上大型机组I/O测点数多达几千点甚至上万点,工程上需要根据I/O清单设计几百张端子接线图,手工绘制端子接线图不仅工作量大而且容易出错。以Ovation控制系统卡件端子为研究对象,把端子接线图的生成过程分解为绘制静态模板和动态数据加载过程,提出了根据I/O清单向端子接线图模板里动态加载数据的一系列数据变换规则,设计了可以表达各种数据变换规则的多维配置文件,编制了端子接线图自动生成软件,该软件在工程中得到成功应用。由于数据变换规则都体现在配置文件中,使得软件具有很好的通用性和扩展性,可以适用于不同类型卡件和工程的需要。The utilities and control scope of Distributed Control System（DCS） are becoming more powerful and extensive than ever before.Thousands of I/O points need to build for a unit with the capacity of 600 MW and above,it is prone to make mistakes by manually drawing hundreds of terminal drawings for various cards and channels in the project.This paper took the Ovation card terminal connection as example,the terminal drawing was regarded as the combination of static template and dynamic data loading,methods of converting data from I/O list to terminal drawing were presented,multi-dimensional configuration file for data conversion was designed,and the software to automatically create the terminal drawing was developed.As all the conversion rules were saved in configuration file,the software owned good universality and scalability,and it was suitable for various types of control cards and could be used in different projects.
